Shipping policy

Products in the Chill Shop are fulfilled in different ways: printed on demand by partners such as Printful, shipped directly by Chuck Chilla, or shipped by other makers and vendors. Shipping times and carriers depend on who fulfills each item.

Printed-on-demand and partner-fulfilled items

These are made to order, which usually takes a few business days before shipping, followed by carrier transit time. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages from different facilities.

Items shipped by Chuck Chilla or other vendors

These ship from their own location, usually within a few business days. Any different timing will be noted on the product page.

Shipping costs and tracking

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You'll get tracking information by email once each package ships.

International orders

Customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged or never shows up, contact us through our contact page (chuckchilla.com/pages/contact) with your order number and we'll work with the fulfiller to sort it out.
